Leadership
We believe that the parish is first of all the people, the community of the followers of Christ.
We affirm our collective call to bring people into a loving, serving relationship with Jesus Christ and, as messengers of the good news, to use our combined gifts of time, talents, and money to put our faith into action.
The Parish as a whole, through its Registered Members, retains the authority to 1) select the Parish Council; 2) select the Pastor, Associate Pastors, Deacons, and other clergy; 3) approve changes to the Constitution and Bylaws; 4) make decisions about the conveyance of real estate; 5) enter into debt; 6) make decisions regarding Parish affiliation.
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Matthew 18:20
